St. Mary's Peak rises 9300' above the valley floor. Hundreds of visitors come each summer to see the view from the top.

Houses an extensive collection of historial books dealing with the Rocky Mountain region and its peoples from the 1700's -1800's

The Gift Shop offers many historical works about the founding of Historic St. Mary's Mission and the State of Montana, as well as reference works about Fr. Ravalli, Fr. DeSmet and other key figures.
